Hey Will!

Thanks so much for your comments. I just wish I’d created this thing earlier so I cold have actually promoted it and submitted it to a few video hosts and howto sites! Oh well, I”ve got 2 months to come up with a good one for Valentine’s day (hahah).

I’m actually a complete newbie blogger – only been doing this now for about 3 weeks but I love it and I have a ton of ideas I want to explore – including more videos, trying to figure out blogengage, networking with more bloggers like yourself!) I see from your site that you are very active with blogengage!

Anyway, my wife is going to kill me if I don’t get off the computer for a few days to enjoy Christmas with my family (and she’s right!) but I am SO GLAD you stopped by.

I took a look at your site and there are a bunch of things I’d like to collaborate on with you. I subscribed to your blog via Email, I’m following you on Twitter (@donpower) and now I’m a fan of yours on Facebook.

Can you please do me a favor and reach out to me next week after Christmas – either via my blog, or Twitter @reply and we’ll see what projects we can dream up for the New Year, ok?

Thanks again Will!

In the meantime, if you haven’t checked out these posts yet, I think you’d be interested:

By the way – of course, yes, I’d love to be your site of the day! The current post (other than the how to draw a Christmas Tree which is a sticky post) is following a reallife blogging drama about a newbie blogger who falsely accused an established blogger (ExtremeJohn) just to get some blog traffic!! I think this would be an intersting post for your readers and any blogger for that matter).

I tried to post it to blogenegage but I’m not sure if I did it right!!!Please tell me more about how to use blogenegage!!

Anyway, thanks again and Merry Christmas, Will!

I had to call my 8 year old daughter into the room when I saw this, she loves to draw as does my son. She loved it, I might have to give it a try it looked so easy. Anything outside of “easy” when it comes to drawing is out of my league.

Hey John!

Just noticed your comment here (I gotta get a better comment management system now that you’ve helped make me popular – hahah!).

Anyway, my 7 year old daughter is great at making these trees. It’s a simple way to do it, but like my father in law says “there’s no mistaking it for a Christmas tree!”.

Glad you and your kids liked it. I think maybe I’ll follow it up in the New Year with a “How to draw a stick man” video cause that’s about the only other thing I can draw too!

Cheers and have a Happy New Year!

Thanks a ton John! That is a great way to make a wonderful tree. I hop that you land up with some more videos about drawing as kids really love those things.
